Webinar event: Telehealth and effective communication

In light of the coronavirus pandemic, many health services have turned to telehealth to reduce the risk of virus exposure for patients and staff. Although telehealth itself isn’t all that new, for many of our staff this may be the first time so much of their work is conducted virtually. This presents new challenges, particularly for communicating effectively with patients.

At the up-coming Health Literacy seminar, we invite two health professionals with extensive experience in telehealth to reflect on lessons learned, strategies, and tips for effective telehealth communication.

Event details:

When: Tuesday 9 June
Time: 1:00 pm-2:00 pm
