What new training is available for ServiceNow?

Long Service Leave (LSL) knowledge article enhancements
We are excited to announce that new articles about Long Service Leave are available in the SARA Knowledge Base. These articles provide detailed information around taking Long Service Leave, what options there are and what to do next.

Currently, there are over 160 HR and Finance related knowledge articles that you can explore. This includes topics on how to update banking details, superannuation and navigating StaffLink Employee Self Service (ESS).
The new SARA Virtual Agent is here
The services portal SARA now has a Virtual Assistant (VA) or chat bot which is available to all NSW Health staff anytime, anywhere, on any device. The VA can help provide you with answers to frequently asked questions – such as how to access your payment summary for 2019/2020, how can I do my tax return, how to amend or cancel leave request, how to submit a new leave request and more .
If you need help accessing your payment summary (or income statement as it’s now called), the SARA VA is ready to help. (As you may remember, this year, income statements are available from myGov instead of StaffLink).
New service offering: UC Meeting Rooms and Endpoints
This form enables staff to request the set-up of health-managed meeting rooms that come with standardised hardware and installation based on Australian Health Facility Guidelines (AusHFG). These meeting rooms will be monitored through an analytics platform to proactively identify and resolve issues as they occur. Requests can be made to set-up a new meeting room or to upgrade an existing room.
