Eligibility:
This Expression of Interest is open to current casual, temporary and permanent staff of WSLHD.

Position Summary:

Security Officers are responsible for the safety and security of all staff, patients and visitors of Western Sydney Local Health District.
Security Officers are responsible for the protection of the assets of Western Sydney Local Health District.
Security Master License Number for WSLHD: 407479615.

Selection Criteria:

  • NSW Driver Licence with excellent driving record (full or provisional class C).

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, Experience in working in customer service role particularly dealing with traffic monitoring

  • Demonstrated ability to manage difficult situations

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn current and emerging security and IT systems

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.in the use of IT applications including Microsoft Office and data information skills.

Eligibility:
This Expression of Interest is open to current casual, temporary and permanent staff of WSLHD.

Position Summary:
The role of the Patient Experience Officer will be one that is customer focused and passionate about delivering a great customer experience every day.
This position is responsible for enhancing effective patient and carer communication, particularly between the patient, carer and clinical staff.
The focus of the role is improving the experience for patients and to oversee the coordination of patient and carer communication located in the Emergency Department Reception Area.

Selection Criteria:

  • Demonstrated customer focused service delivery skills.

  • Demonstrated resilience, flexibility and initiative.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, in particular the ability to interact well with all Emergency Department Staff.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and the ability to work within a team.

  • Sound negotiation skills and the ability to problem solve.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Demonstrated knowledge and competency in the use of IT applications including Microsoft Office and data information skills.
