Quality Audit Reporting System (QARS) upgrade this afternoon

Please note that the Quality Audit Reporting System (QARS) application will be upgraded to Version 6.0 and will include additional functionalities and features.

This scheduled upgrade of the QARS application will occur on Thursday 6 February between 1.00pm and 5.00pm.

Access to QARS will be unavailable during this time.

Incident Information Management Systems (IIMS) scheduled maintenance tomorrow

Incident Information Management Systems (IIMS)

Who is impacted?
All LHDs and Pillars

What is the impact to end users?
The Incident Information Management System will be down for maintenance. Users will not be able to access the application during the outage window below.

Duration of the outage:
Start: Friday, 7 February at 3.00am
End: Friday, 7 February at 7.00am

Further details of the outage: The Server Engineering and SQL services team will be deploying monthly Windows Security updates on the servers.

Email Archive outage on Saturday

What is impacted?
Email Archive (also known as Quest Archive Manager)

Who is impacted?
All facilities using the above services.

How does it affect you?
This application will have service interruptions for one or more periods during the maintenance window.

Duration of disruption of service:
Saturday 8 February, 8.00am–5.00pm

Details of outage
The email archive application is being migrated to new infrastructure. The application size requires this to be performed in stages over a series of weekends to minimise disruption. After an initial full outage, each subsequent maintenance window will impact a subset of application users.

Oracle Web Center Upgrade on Sunday

What is impacted?


Oracle WebCenter and functionality related to storing and/or retrieving images via several services (Invoice scanning - Kofax, StaffLink Payables, StaffLink iExpenses, Prevocational Medical Accreditation (PMAWeb) and Recruitment and On boarding ROB).

Note: Other functionality of StaffLink, Kofax, PMA or ROB will not be impacted.

Who is impacted?


Users storing or retrieving images from Oracle WebCenter via Kofax, StaffLink, PMA or ROB.

What is the impact to end users?


Users will not be able to store / retrieve images stored in Oracle WebCenter during the outage window.

  • StaffLink: Storing / Receiving receipts / invoices

  • Kofax: No direct impact but images will not be stored in WebCenter until after the maintenance

  • PMA: Storing / Receiving documents related to accreditation surveys

  • ROB: Uploading Files / Attachment functionality /Recommendation Reports


All other functionality of the above systems is not impacted.

Duration of outage:


Outage start: Sunday 9 February 8.00am
Outage finish: Sunday 9 February 8.00pm

Further details of the outage: This outage is required for an upgrade to Oracle Web Center.
