StreamDirect is temporarily down

StreamDirect system is temporarily down until further notice.

Manual ordering has been rolled out until the website is repaired. Use the attached Manual Order Form to order products normally available via the StreamDirect Online Catalogue.

Instructions for use


1. One order per template, up to 10 products per order form.
2. Complete Order Header section.
3. Complete Products Required section - Ensure that you include either Product Code or Form Number for each product required.
4. Email the completed form back to Dhana Profilio (dhana.profilio@health.nsw.gov.au) who will then check and forward to Stream Solutions
5. The form must be completed in the Word format i.e. please, don’t covert to pdf.

eMR Enhance Nursing and Midwifery Survey

Who is impacted?
All facilities using the above services.

How does it affect you?
These applications will have service interruptions for one or more periods during the maintenance windows.

New data and analytics dashboards for WSLHD

‘Information underpins everything we do’ – A WSLHD Strategic Priority

It is important for all employees of WSLHD to have access to information and analytics for making data driven decisions, knowing the trends and enabling changes to improve health outcomes for the District. We at BAS (Business Analytics Services), have a vision “Better Health Analytics, Better Health Outcomes”

To that end, we would like to highlight and promote some of the key achievements that the BAS team has accomplished in this Financial Year 2019-2020. With just a few clicks these dashboards can be accessed through the Aladdin Data Portal available on our Intranet.

 

  • COVID-19 Activity Dashboard

  • Diabetes Inpatient Surveillance Dashboard – Westmead

  • Executive Performance Dashboard 2019-2020

  • RASS Clinic – ICH Clinical Operations

  • Go Share

  • CaseMix Index (CMI), and

  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander (ATSI) Activity Dashboard


There are a number of dashboards in development stage that will help us reassert our mission “to develop and deliver the best data analytics solutions for WSLHD to improve health outcomes” & shall be accessible from the Aladdin data portal in the next 2 months:

  • Imaging Activity Dashboard

  • Leading Better Value Care (LBVC)

What is the impact to end users?
Applications listed above will be unavailable intermittently. Users accessing these applications will experience service disruption between 6:00 pm – 6:30 pm.

Start: Monday, 11 May, 6.00 pm
Finish: Monday, 11 May, 6.30 pm

Further details of the outage:
Underlying Services will be restarted during the outage window for application maintenance. Whilst applications will mostly be available users are recommended not to use the applications over this period.
