Free WiFi for patients and visitors

Our updated Guest-WiFi service is now available free of charge for patients, carers and other visitors to our hospitals.

This WiFi service is currently available at Auburn, Blacktown, Mount Druitt and Westmead Hospitals.

Accessing Guest WiFi is easy and doesn’t require a user name or password. Using a phone or other device, patients and guests just need to go to Settings then WiFi, select the Hospital_Guest_WiFi network and agree to the Acceptable Use Policy.

A welcome page will display with links to useful patient and visitor information, the MyExperience Matters survey, and our social media channels for health news updates.

Find out more about free WiFi for patients and visitors on the DHS intranet page.
